Thai Red Duck Curry with Rice
Red duck curry with jasmine rice is an extremely popular dish not just in Thailand but around the world. This mouth-watering mild and sweet curry perfectly complements the richness of the duck breast. The dish contains mini plum tomatoes and pineapple for sweetness, whilst our special curry paste and fish sauce provides a lovely balance to the dish.
